  1. During the interview with Deal Hudson, Al came very close to slipping up. He almost called the Democratic Party by its correct name. He asked Deal a question about Obama seeing himself as an FDR type figure: " ... someone who's going to recapture for the Democratic Par... Democrat Party the kind of glory that they used to associate with FDR."

    Al had only one syllable to go before his mistake would be set for all the ages. Whew! That was a close one.
